Refund Policy

All sales on premades, or finished custom covers or logos are final, and no refunds will be issued. A 50% deposit is required to book your project and is only refundable if the client cancels before the projects start date, or if Indie Book Cover Designs has to cancel the project. Cancelations must be done in writing by the client or Indie Book Cover Designs before the start date of the project. If a client is not satisfied with a custom cover, even after revisions, they may opt not to accept it, but the 50% will remain non-refundable. Thank you for understanding our policy.
